Qualifications :
College Degree in Business Hospitality Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Finance/Accounting management experience in a full service property all inclusive or luxury resort
Ability to create implement and monitor hotel and staff goals strategies and policies
Ability to be resourceful creative and maintain flexibility
Ability to train motivate evaluate mentor and direct employees and managers to meet desired ends
Ability to maintain excellent relations with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
Open to feedback and ability to make appropriate changes as needed
Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the companys values
A proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Opera Microsoft Word Excel Outlook.
Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen
Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
Ability to multitask work in a fastpaced environment and have a high level attention to detail
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
Must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of local laws occupational safety and health wage and hour issues and labor relations
