Job Description
We are looking for a FUN PASSIONATE & WELCOMING Team member who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT hotel! What will you be doing Attend to all guest queries in a prompt professional manner ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. We are on the search for someone who is able to multitask as this position includes Reception and Food & Beverage departments
Qualifications :
- Have the passion for customer service and hospitality
- Have great communication and customer relationship skills
- Loves working as part of a passionate team
- Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
- 2 years in customer facing role
- Flexibility in working hours including occasional night shifts weekends bank holidays
