We are currently looking for a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager as our current manager is going on parental leave. This is a fulltime (100%) 1year fixedterm contract to cover parental leave with possibility of continuation with a start date in February 2025 and an end date of April 10 2026. The workplace for this role is Malm and surrounding areas.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager you will be a part of the sales team and drive growth by implementing the marketing plan and talking to clients. You will be responsible for the realisation of what is planned during 2025 such as brand awareness visibility on our channels and networking. You will be responsible for events happening in Malm & Halmstad. You will also work a lot together with the sales team to identify potential customers prospect leads and meet with potential clients.
Even though you are part of a team with a lot of support the role is not part of a department. Working with marketing you need to be able to drive things on your own. For you to thrive in this role flexibility and high independence is a key.
What we expect from you:
Prospecting: You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels such as digital marketing prospecting and events. You will also participate in customer meetings to qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team & team leader: You will work closely with the sales team and team leader to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with their needs.
Marketing activities: You will be responsible for driving and executing marketing activities in line with Devoteams marketing plan. This includes developing concepts when needed to achieve goals.
Channels: We have a continuous presence on LinkedIn Instagram and our own website. You will identify target audiences select appropriate marketing channels and create engaging content.
Increase brand awareness: You will work to increase Devoteams brand awareness and strengthen the companys position as a leading player in digital transformation.
Develop a new marketing plan for 2026: Around the turn of the year we need to evaluate the past year and develop a new marketing plan together with the sales team.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within the IT industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing & prospecting
Experience in organizing events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
Personal Qualities
Driven and resultsoriented.
Creative and innovative.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
