Now they are looking to strengthen their development team with a skilled Backend Developer.
About the Role
As a Backend Developer youll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust scalable solutions that directly impact the success of both the company and its clients. Youll join an agile team where ownership innovation and collaboration drive progress.
What Youll Do
- Actively contribute to daily Scrum team tasks while owning technical challenges endtoend.
- Design and implement reliable APIs for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with project managers stakeholders and QA teams to align on roadmap goals.
- Partner with frontend developers and crossfunctional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose new features products or improvements.
What Were Looking For
MustHaves:
- 3 years of handson experience with Java or similar OOP languages.
- Academic degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and Gitbased workflows.
- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or equivalent.
- A proactive problemsolving mindset with a getitdone attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive independently and in teams.
- Curiosity to learn grow and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with Grails Docker/Kubernetes MariaDB GitLab Python Angular/TypeScript Jira Kafka or Ubuntu.
