German Speaking Legal Operations Analyst / Relocation to Lisbon
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Position Type: Fulltime (Monday to Friday)

Join our dynamic team in Lisbon as a Legal Operations Analyst / Content Moderator. We are committed to maintaining a safe and compliant online environment for our users.
Role Overview:
In this backoffice position you will focus on reviewing flagged accounts to determine compliance with platform guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
Checking reported accounts and activities.
Reviewing flagged content for potential policy violations.
Deciding whether accounts should remain active or be blocked.
Ensuring compliance with legal requests and platform guidelines.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
Relocation Assistance:
For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
Bureaucratic support to obtain the NIF and NISS.
Assistance in finding housing according to your needs.
Relocation bonus of 2500 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle.
1000 gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100 km away from Lisbon or more).
Additional Compensation:
Atrractive base salary
Language Bonus
Meal allowance
Transportation allowance
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
