Job Description

GLG Vets is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mixed Animal Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join a wellestablished practice in the County of Banff for a locum assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vet to work in a supportive environment providing highquality care to both small and large animals.

Location: County of Banff

Dates: 10th February 2025 30th March 2025

Hours: 5 days per week shifts of either 8:30 am 6:30 pm or 9:00 am 7:00 pm

Salary: Competitive dependent on experience

Accommodation: Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering highquality veterinary care across a mixed caseload of small and large animals
  • Performing consultations diagnostics and surgical procedures as required
  • Working collaboratively with a team of vets nurses and support staff
  • Providing excellent client communication and patient care

Requirements:

  • Qualified Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS)
  • Experience in mixed animal practice
  • Confident in routine surgical and medical procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

This role offers flexible working hours within a friendly and wellequipped practice. Accommodation is available for the duration of the assignment.
