As a Product Manager in the SIXT Car Subscriptions team you will drive growth retention and conversion across our digital booking funnels on both app and web serving customers and agents alike. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT:
- Collaborate with Tech Data Science Business and Operations teams to develop technologydriven solutions for key challenges
- Drive shortterm mediumterm and longterm product goals balancing customer needs with business viability
- Define and track key success metrics ensuring proper instrumentation for datadriven decisionmaking
- Translate business strategy into an actionable product roadmap supported by detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Prioritize product initiatives by balancing customer experience business impact effort and complexity
- Continuously analyze product performance metrics and refine the roadmap to align with evolving strategy and goals
YOUR SKILLS MATTER:
- You have Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering business or a related field
- You bring 46 years of product management experience preferably in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry
- You use data and insights to drive product strategy and guide teams toward highimpact decisions
- You can break down complex topics and influence stakeholders at all levels with clear concise communication
- Handson resourceful and solutionoriented capable of tackling challenges independently
- You stay ahead in a fastevolving digital landscape
- You take initiative thrive on making things happen and are committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present and defend ideas across diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel for product research and testing
