Job Description

As we continue our rapid expansion in Europe we are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager Nordics to strengthen our market presence in southern Sweden and Denmark. In this role you will be responsible for promoting ELGis full product range to partners and dealers driving growth and positioning us as the preferred compressed air solutions provider in the region.

Your Role Make an Impact

As Area Sales Manager Nordics you will be at the forefront of ELGis regional expansion. You will play a pivotal role in developing our market building strong relationships with partners and accelerating sales growth. You will be based from your home office and report directly to the Regional Manager for the Nordic operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and expanding the business in southern Sweden and Denmark actively promoting ELGis full product portfolio.
  • Building and strengthening our partner network ensuring longterm success for distributors and dealers.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets across our complete range of air compressors.
  • Conducting product and sales training to enhance dealer sales team capabilities.
  • Ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
  • Implementing company strategies by driving yearly growth plans and performance targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (technical finance audits) to effectively resolve partner issues and enhance operations.

Who You Are

We are looking for a resultsdriven sales professional with:

  • At least five years of experience in air compressor sales or a related industrial equipment market.
  • A technical background in mechanical electrical or industrial engineering.
  • A proven track record of managing and expanding distributor networks driving measurable business growth.
  • Experience in industrial B2B sales particularly in markets such as generators vacuum technology boilers and rotating equipment.
  • Fluency in Swedish and strong businesslevel English skills; Danish is a significant advantage.
  • A selfmotivated independent work style with a strong drive to succeed in an autonomous role that involves frequent travel.
