Job Description
We are seeking an IFS Application Specialist to join our team in Gothenburg. Together with two other colleagues in the team you will support our 450 IFS users. We run IFS 10 on plants in six countries around the world. The ERP Application Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of improved utilization of the IFS business system including all peripherals systems with their integrations according to HydraSpecma systems list. Responsibility includes proposing correct business processes implementation of decided improvements actively working with user support and training all within determined financial confines. Furthermore the role will be team lead so if you have an aspiring leader within and a touch of project leader you will be perfect for this role.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Team leader for IFS team.
- Following up on task making sure we have progress on projects.
- Primary contact to technical partners related to IFS and all peripheral systems with their integrations according to HydraSpecma systems list regarding operational issues and projects.
- Keep good connection to all HydraSpecma sites running IFS to capture requirements for business system development including Best Practice for proposal to Business Systems Council.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Development on optimizing the use of IFS and FLOW
- Representation as required in major business projects impacting on or dependent upon the IFS business system including peripheral systems.
- Development of proposals for relevant KPIs dependent upon business demands and IFS business system configurations.
- Active contribution to IFSrelated user support including design of the process.
- Documentation of business processes together with Supply Chain Development.
- Responsible for ascertaining that personnel receive relevant IFS training.
- Take coresponsibility for budget related to IFS
- Drive the implementation of ERP roadmap together with Supply Chain Development.
Skills:
- Documented IFS application knowledge
- Documented understanding of business processes
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good technical skills.
- Good understanding for supplychain production and finance.
- Experience with EDI would be an advantage.
- Experience with Novacura Flow would be an advantage.
- Good personal drive and not afraid to take initiative.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
