Customer Service Representative Dutch Market (Hybrid Sofia)
Hybrid Work Model (30% Office 70% Home)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Your Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone email and chat in Dutch
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products services and troubleshooting
Deliver exceptional customer experience while ensuring quick and efficient resolutions
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the internal system
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

What Were Looking For:
Fluent Dutch speaker (C1 or above) written and spoken
Basic English skills (B1 or above) for internal communication
Customeroriented with strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
No prior experience required! A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
