About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to join our team in Bulgaria. This is a hybrid/remote position ideal for those who enjoy helping people and want to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone email and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with questions about products services and orders.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- Good command of English for team communication.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer support tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM.
- Must be based in Bulgaria.
