Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in your respective language.
Handle inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Promote and sell products or services to prospective customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Contract:

Working hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day 5 days a week)

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferably in a multilingual environment.
Excellent communication skills in at least one of the required languages (German French Italian Brazilian Portuguese European Spanish Dutch Croatian).
EU passport or residence permit to work in Greece.
Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
