Customer Support Representative German Speaker
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Salary: 14000/year base salary bonuses & benefits
Start Date: February 17 2025
What We Offer:
Base Salary: 14000/year
Language Bonus: 235/month
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (meal card)
Transport Bonus: 720/year
Annual Performance Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross salary

Who Were Looking For:
Fluent in German (C1/C2) & English (B2)
Preferably 12 months of Customer Support experience (Contact Center preferred)
Familiarity with KPIs like CSAT NPS & SLAs
Problemsolving mindset & techsavvy
What Youll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Document interactions and analyze trends for improvement
Stay updated with company policies and compliance standards
