Job Title: Data Research with Automation tools experience
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Data Research with Automation tools experience will be responsible for efficiently sourcing extracting and organizing complex datasets to support a variety of datadriven projects. This role requires advanced expertise in web sing data automation and online research techniques to deliver highly accurate actionable information tailored to specific criteria across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data extraction and automation exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Python Selenium Octoparse and PhantomBuster to streamline data collection and extraction processes.
- Conduct indepth web research to identify and compile comprehensive lists of companies and professionals based on specific detailed criteria.
- Extract clean and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy relevance and completeness.
- Organize and structure collected data into usable formats (e.g. spreadsheets databases LinkedIn projects).
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced online search strategies to refine large datasets into precise actionable lists.
- Solve complex data challenges identifying creative solutions to source hardtofind information.
- Continuously research and implement new tools techniques or technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in data collection.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously delivering highquality results within tight turnaround times (often 2436 hours).
Qualifications:
MustHaves:
- Proficiency in Python and web sing tools like Selenium BeautifulSoup or Sy.
- Handson experience with automation platforms such as Octoparse or PhantomBuster.
- Familiarity with API integration and automated data extraction techniques.
- Strong skills in data cleaning filtering and structuring using Excel Google Sheets or databases.
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques for LinkedIn and Google.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver precise highquality results under tight deadlines (2436 hours).
- Strong problemsolving skills for sourcing niche or hardtofind data.
- Selfmotivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for clear communication.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Prior experience conducting research across various industries such as legal construction fintech or technology.
- Knowledge of additional automation or scripting languages beyond Python.
