Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Perform installation configuration and maintenance of IT equipment including desktops laptops servers and peripherals.
- Conduct routine system maintenance updates and patch management.
- Ensure network stability by monitoring diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues.
- Install and configure internet voice and cloudbased solutions for clients.
- Assist with DevOps activities including development and system optimization tasks.
- Perform onsite installations and provide support for electronic recycling projects.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate service logs.
- Stay updated on IT advancements and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance.
Requirements
- Mandatory Certifications:
- CompTIA Network (N)
- CompTIA Security (S)
- CompTIA A (C)
- Additional certifications recommended:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols hardware and operating systems.
- Handson experience with troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware and software.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable working vehicle.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
