Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage client accounts including handling queries resolving issues and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver IT solutions that meet clients needs.
- Promote and sell the companys range of IT services including:
- IT Support
- Hardware & Software Solutions
- Internet & Voice Solutions
- Cloud & Domains
- DevOps (Development)
- Onsite Installations
- Electronic Recycling
- Consistently achieve and maintain sales and account management targets.
- Prepare reports and insights for client accounts and present them to stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless onsite installations and coordinate with the operations team as needed.
- Stay up to date on IT trends to effectively advise clients and maximize service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the IT sector.
- Strong technical understanding of IT solutions hardware and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Must have a valid drivers license and own a reliable working vehicle.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
