Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Manage client accounts including handling queries resolving issues and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver IT solutions that meet clients needs.
  5. Promote and sell the companys range of IT services including:
    • IT Support
    • Hardware & Software Solutions
    • Internet & Voice Solutions
    • Cloud & Domains
    • DevOps (Development)
    • Onsite Installations
    • Electronic Recycling
  6. Consistently achieve and maintain sales and account management targets.
  7. Prepare reports and insights for client accounts and present them to stakeholders.
  8. Ensure seamless onsite installations and coordinate with the operations team as needed.
  9. Stay up to date on IT trends to effectively advise clients and maximize service delivery.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in account management or sales within the IT sector.
  2. Strong technical understanding of IT solutions hardware and software.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  4. Must have a valid drivers license and own a reliable working vehicle.
  5. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
