Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner escort them to their tables and present menus
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service
Assist with the preparation of tables for special occasions and events
Anticipate guests needs and provide exceptional service at all times
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head Waiter or Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working at sea
