Take ownership
Make Life Easy for our users by making datadriven decisions with a usercentric approach
Serve as the first point of contact for any user calling our SOS Hotline
Deliver a top notch customer experience by understanding our users needs and issue to provide them with a resolution in the most empathetic way
Stay up to date with our processes and master them to help our users as efficiently as you can
Collaborate with operational teams contributing to constantly improve our users satisfaction and quality of service
This challenge is perfect for you if
- You speak English on a nearnative or professional level
- Youre familiar with urgent support roles and know how to deliver highempathy service
- You have strong and prompt problem solving skills
- You excel at time management especially for handling urgent cases
- Bonus points if youre familiar with call centre roles
- Youre available to cover morning evening or night shifts during weekdays and weekends

A competitive base gross monthly salary of 3035BGN
