Job Description
Courier Recruitment
- Manage courier recruitment processes and ensure they are effective uptodate and of highquality
- Oversee the onboarding of couriers ensuring that all processes are completed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement strategies for rider acquisition ensure a steady inflow of potential couriers and conversion to active couriers
Courier Care
- Provide inperson (facetoface) or virtual support to address couriers inquiries
- Train and educate offshore agents to effectively handle nonlive tickets
Reporting & Operations Support
- Collaborate with other teams & departments to support daily operations within the rider hub to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reporting and ensure all documentation adheres to compliance standards
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Undertake additional adhoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Preferably 1 year of experience in CS chat agent and operations.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills fluency in Chinese & English (Hindi shall be a plus)
- Experience in Gsuite office and MS office
- Knowledge of social media/digital branding SQL/BigQuery would be an advantage
