Clinical Care Home Manager. Manor Park Care Home
- £75000 £80000 per annum DOE
- 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
Manor Park Care Home opens in Summer 2025 offering an exciting opportunity to lead a brandnew home. Overlooking the peaceful open fields of Old Malton Manor Park will be an 80bed care home delivering exceptional residential dementia and nursing care.

Your Role as Clinical Registered Manager
As the Registered Home Manager you will take full leadership of the home ensuring the highest levels of care and compliance while building an excellent reputation in the local community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and maintaining outstanding care standards for residents.
- Supervising supporting and training Nurses Senior Carers and Care Assistants.
- Creating a safe stimulating and welcoming environment for residents and their visitors.
- Overseeing all commercial and financial aspects of the home including budgeting and KPI management.
- Managing relationships with local authorities and external agencies.
- Providing emergency nursing cover when required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Nurse qualification (active NMC registration) – RMN RGN or RNLD.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Home Manager.
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
- Strong financial acumen – ability to manage budgets & KPIs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations & relevant legislation.
- Experience in dementia care settings is desirable.
- A commercially aware proactive leader with excellent admin & people skills.
This role is ideal for an experienced Home Manager looking to build something new lead a dedicated team and deliver outstanding care in a stateoftheart facility.
