Summary

Were seeking an exceptional business coach to join our elite team in helping coaches therapists and wellness practitioners scale their businesses to six figures and beyond. This role combines handson coaching with strategic business guidance leveraging cuttingedge AI tools and proven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging group coaching calls for our paid program participants
• Provide targeted 1:1 coaching sessions with clients
• Guide clients in implementing effective business growth strategies
• Share expertise in social media marketing offer creation and sales optimization
• Collaborate with our team to enhance program delivery and client success

KPI Measures

• Client satisfaction and retention rates
• Client implementation success rates
• Program completion rates

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling your own coaching/wellness business to six figures or beyond
• Demonstrated success in helping other coaches/wellness practitioners grow their businesses
• Strong experience with and enthusiasm for AI tools and emerging technologies
• Active and successful presence on social media platforms
• Experience in offer creation sales strategies and business development
• Excellent facilitation skills for both group and individual coaching sessions
• Strong communication abilities and empathetic approach to client support
• Selfmotivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Commitment to personal growth and peak performance principles
• Track record of consistently elevating your own standards and capabilities

• Experience creating training materials and educational content
• Background in digital marketing and lead generation
• Knowledge of current trends in the coaching and wellness industry
