Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Allocations Casework Officer on a 3month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 22.56 29.37 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied and complex caseload recording and monitoring each case to completion.
- Liaise with Housing Register applicants via email and telephone addressing questions about the new Allocation Scheme documentation requirements and potential data errors.
- Independently drive case queries to resolution ensuring a timely and effective response to applicant concerns.
- Engage with a range of stakeholders with empathy ensuring that all interactions are clear supportive and professional.
- Accurately record all queries update systems and spreadsheets and maintain case records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housing advice housing allocations or housing register services.
- Strong written and numerical skills with excellent case management ability.
- Confidence in managing telephone conversations ensuring clear empathetic and solutionfocused communication.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
