Job Opportunity: Senior Team Leader (m/f/d) Payroll Accounting 40% Home Office
Location: Hybrid Osnabrck & Remote (40% Home Office)
Employment Type: FullTime/Permanent
About the Role:
As a Senior Team Leader (m/f/d) Payroll Accounting you will be responsible for managing all payroll processes while leading a team of dedicated Payroll Specialists. Your goal To ensure that 5000 employees across Germany receive their wages and salaries on time and with absolute accuracy all while embodying the passion and commitment that drive our company!
This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both from our Osnabrck office where youll collaborate with an incredible team and remotely from the comfort of your home.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members addressing complex operational or policyrelated challenges and coordinating with the Payroll Manager for resolution.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and establish standards for new workflows.
- Independently and reliably execute payroll operations in a timely manner.
- Oversee the administrative execution of personnel processes including contract modifications new hires and terminations.
- Provide guidance to departments and employees on tax and social security matters.
- Manage various official requests from authorities.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis.
Your Profile What You Bring:
- You have prior leadership experience are eager to take on responsibility and lead your team with a collaborative approach.
- You have several years of experience in payroll accounting in Germany and are familiar with payroll systems.
- You possess native or bilinguallevel German skills and have strong written and spoken English proficiency.
