Role: Payroll Specialist (German)
Location: Essen Germany onsite
Employment type: Contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage employee data attendance absences and leave records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
- Provide support and guidance on HRrelated matters to employees.
- Issue necessary certificates and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with employees and management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
- Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.
- At least 1 years experience in German payroll and labor law.
- Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools.
- Ability to work onsite.
- High attention to detail.
- Motivated and committed to professional growth and team development.
