Job Title: Project Governance Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Governance Specialist to ensure effective governance and control across our project portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining project governance frameworks policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop implement and maintain project governance frameworks policies and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with organizational policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
3.Identify assess and mitigate projectrelated risks.
4. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
5.Monitor project progress identify issues and report to stakeholders.
6. Communicate with stakeholders including project sponsors project managers and team members.
Requirements:
1. 5 years of experience in project governance risk management or audit.
2. PRINCE2 PMP or equivalent project management certification.
3. Strong knowledge of project governance risk management and audit principles.
4.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
5.Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
6.Experience with project management tools such as Asana Trello or MS Project.
