As an Agilent Field Service Representative you’ll travel to a variety of customer labs to install maintain and repair critical Chromatography Spectrometry and Spectroscopy instruments used in Food Chemicals & Materials Pharmaceuticals Environmental and Forensics research and manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Customers: Engage with customers for the onsite installation maintenance and repair of one or more products related to Liquid Chromatography Gas Chromatography LC Mass Spectrometry GC Mass Spectrometry Atomic Spectroscopy Molecular Spectroscopy systems and software
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve product performance issues ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations for our clients
- Preventive Maintenance: Advise customers on preventive measures and configurations to enhance product performance and longevity
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Support Sales Marketing and R&D teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Continuous Learning: Participate in internal technical training and workshops to stay ahead in your field
- Advocate: Elevate Voice of Customer in relaying critical insights and customer experiences to Agilent leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a science field (e.g. chemistry biology biochemistry biotechnology engineering or similar)
- Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities and a passion for technology
- Experience: Minimal to no prior work experience required – we value your fresh perspective and eagerness to learn
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate activities with others
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adapt to different customer environments
- Relocation: As part of the Services Campus Hire Program successful candidates will spend 69 months onboarding and training with peers in Wilmington Delaware and must be willing to relocate for that period housing assistance will be provided during the program

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a science or engineering field (e.g. chemistry analytical chemistry biochemistry biotechnology or similar)
- Experience with Agilent solutions is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting and problem solving
- Verbal and written communication is clear respectful and timely
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Travel: 50% 23 days per week in the field visiting customers; occasional overnight travel if needed
Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least February 11 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. In the US this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.
The fulltime equivalent pay range for this position is $33.23 $62.31/hr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
