Position Title: French Customer Support Agent

Role Summary:
We are currently looking for a Frenchspeaking customer support agent to join our dedicated team in Braga Portugal. This role requires an individual with a passion for customer service and fluency in French. You will be responsible for assisting Frenchspeaking customers with their inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer assistance in French through various channels including phone email and live chat.
- Address customer questions related to products services and troubleshooting providing clear and helpful responses.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly striving for resolution in the first interaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Stay wellinformed on the companys products services and policies to provide uptodate information.
- Contribute to meeting customer satisfaction goals and departmental targets.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Collaborate with your team to continually enhance customer service operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts including early mornings and evenings.
