FullTime Permanent Junior Transport Planner Role Drogheda Co. Louth

Perform Recruitment is excited to present a fulltime and permanent opportunity for a Junior Transport Planner to join a logistics company based in Drogheda Co. Louth. We are seeking a motivated individual who is flexible in covering different shifts and eager to contribute to a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Duties:
- Develop and manage daily and weekly transport schedules to maximize resource efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics operations across Ireland the UK and continental Europe.
- Plan efficient driver routes and oversee order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records including Proof of Delivery (POD) and other essential documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication with internal teams drivers and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Liaise with clients subcontractors and international partners to ensure operational success.
- Adapt quickly to customer requirements and shifting operational demands.
- Engage directly with clients to understand and address their specific needs.
- Perform administrative duties in line with operational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics is an advantage but comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with IT systems.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Knowledge of driving regulations and transport protocols is beneficial.
