Job Description

Visa Technology & Operations LLC a Visa Inc. company needs a Senior Cybersecurity Data Analyst (multiple openings) in Austin TX to

 

  • Responsible for the reporting of Privileged Access Management of Visas enterprise resources (systems applications databases etc.) to Visas Senior Management.
  • Conduct intensive data analysis and build data models and KPIs in order to track and measure Visas security posture in privileged access management.
  • Actively participate and drive Identity Access Management (IAM) integration and automation effort and ensure alignment to Visa IAM strategy and security policies/standards.
  • Identify analyze and implement process improvement opportunities for the management of Privileged Access on the Windows platform Active Directory and enterprise tools.
  • Engage with stakeholders to acquire or negotiate technical specifications on privileged access controls enforcement.
  • Provide and document requirements for PAM controls enforcement.
  • Diligently document access management procedures keep the access management procedures uptodate.
  • Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the supported systems and applications coordinate access management related audit and compliance activities such as user access reporting and other relevant research and investigation.
  • Position reports to the Austin Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
 

  • Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Analytics or related field followed by 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a data analystrelated occupation.
  • Alternatively employer will accept a Masters degree in Engineering Business Analytics or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a data analystrelated occupation
  • Position requires experience in the following:
  • Data analysis or data engineering;
  • Building data models and synthesizing large volumes of data from various sources and formats;
  • Engaging with customers/stakeholders and capturing requirements;
  • Translating raw data into visualized data points;
  • Proficiency using an analytical tool such as Python or R programming to perform data analysis;
  • Proficiency with a data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBI for metrics generation and visualization; and
  • Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval necessary for metrics generation.

Worksite: Austin TX

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

 

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

 

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $137862.00 USD to $199300.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
