Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team.
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions ensuring scalability security and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards governance and best practices for the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems leveraging APIs and integration methods.
- Oversee platform upgrades system performance and enhancements ensuring optimal functionality.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
