We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our growing team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for ServiceNow development.
- Conduct workshops and requirementgathering sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Analyze and map current and future business processes using ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of existing systems with the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide functional and technical support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
