Job Description
The Senior Solution Implementer plays a critical role in our organization providing essential support to senior consultants within Service Management. This position demands a high level of professionalism and expertise in various crucial areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisionmaking processes.
- Provide comprehensive assistance during workshops ensuring optimal productivity and outcomes.
- Develop and refine complex solutions to address client needs and organizational challenges.
- Produce highquality documentation and user guides adhering to strict standards of clarity and accuracy.
- Serve as an integral member of both implementation and postimplementation teams contributing significantly to project success.
- Collaborate effectively with senior consultants and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in the field of solution implementation.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Senior Solution Implementer position must possess the following critical qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility for technical and solutionbuilding activities in collaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects
- Extensive indepth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM processes and/or other Service Management processes
- Good understanding of Web Technologies including XML HTML JavaScript and Web Services
- Thorough knowledge of technical components such as LDAP VPN and SSL
- Exceptional communication skills including active listening thoughtful decisionmaking and superior verbal and written abilities
- Proven consulting aptitude encompassing a clear understanding of business drivers behind technology advanced problemsolving skills meticulous attention to detail resourcefulness and the capacity to ask pertinent questions
- Strong commitment to teamwork and willingness to travel primarily within the Nordic region
- ITIL Certification is highly advantageous
