Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CDC and customer service teams to streamline the return of products to stock.
- Thoroughly investigate and validate customer complaints to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Categorize and sort returned products for appropriate final disposition.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation of opened products to assess damage and overall condition.
- Maintain consistent communication with the customer service desk to ensure timely order completion.
- Assist various departments with reboxing activities as needed.
- Perform minor repairs on returned products to restore them to sellable condition.
Qualifications :
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma. Mechatronics certificate is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum: 1 year of experience working with electronic products and their technical aspects in a production or repair environment. Experience with consumer electronics or similar products is preferred.
Special Skills
- Proficiency in SAP systems and label technology is essential.
- Certification in forklift and/or reach operation is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven problemsolving abilities and proficiency in PC applications.
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate internal processes changes delays or unexpected events.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced setting.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Additional Information :
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift and/or move products and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- This role may require standing for extended periods and working in a warehouse environment.
Compensation
Salary range: $39400 ($18.94/hr) to $55800 ($26.83). Placement within range is dependent on education and experience.
