You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs part of the Bosch Power Tools marketing team for Hungary you will be responsible to lead execution of brand strategy across all local online and offline touchpoints. Moreover in close collaboration within the marketing team you will be the country owner for the implementation of holistic user journey towards user and retail partners based on global marketing strategy and Marketing Concepts. This is the foundation of business activities in the country and one of key activities to fascinate the user and foster brand loyalty. Youll work in a team of various marketeers with rich opportunity to also develop in other areas.
Plan and execute local campaigns and activations on the applicable offline and online touch point with the regional touch point responsible
Contribute to the development of promotions in collaboration with the responsible touch point manager
Gain and provide user and market insights
Proofreading and local adaptations of marketing assets
Support local retailers with activation
Coordinate local agencies and external resources (if applicable)
Contribute to the Marketing and sales plan process
Provide marketing forecasting when needed
Key stakeholders: regional BU and xBU touch point marketing teams Lead Marketing Manager local xBU marketing team Sales
Event management and organization
Online and offline POS management
Qualifications :
35 years of professional experience preferably in a multinational environment
Experience with power tools is an advantage
Very good marketing knowhow along all Marketing and sales plan
Functional expertise in local offline and if required online media activation local agency management
High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decisions of the target group
High sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscape
Understanding of the online and offline landscapes
Operational experience in marketing
Passion in execution
Analytic and negotiation skills
UX and Agile working methods
