• Development and improvement of forming technology for new RBCD products and new applications
• Carrying out of release procedures for forming processes
• Close cooperation with MFE and Engineering for the new product design optimization
• MOE and IPN cooperation within improvement activities
• High engagement in the CoC activities (take away and offer)

Qualifications :

• Process parameters definition and trial out for forming process.
• Forming simulation (e.g. AutoForm)
• Preparation and maintenance of process data sheets for forming process.
• Technical specification definition acceptance and ramp up support of new/ retrofit MAE. 
• Release forming process according to product requirement.
• Development and implementation of improvement activities for cycle time cost reduction and quality improvement of forming stations together with MOE.
• Leading the problem solving for responsible process/stations.
• Improvement and maintenance of knowledge database for forming process. Transfer knowledge to technician and internal customer/colleagues.
• Knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.

• Educational:

• Masters degree in engineering production/material (metal)

• Language:

• Very good English skills (B2 or better) in oral communication as well as reading/writing
• German language skills helpful but not mandatory
