Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Care Supervisor youll play a key role in ensuring outstanding care by assessing and reviewing individual services supervising care workers and providing handson support in the field.
Youll spend most of your time out in the community with some officebased administrative work ensuring care services run smoothly. Your role may focus on a specific geographical area or service such as hospital discharge or Extra Care schemes and may require working flexible hours to meet service needs.

What Youll Bring:
Were looking for a Field Care Supervisor with a strong understanding of highquality care and a passion for supporting both service users and care teams. Youll need:
A solid understanding of care principles ensuring the highest standards of support.
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements related to our services.
Experience with service user needs relevant to the local area.
An understanding of health & safety risk assessment and management in the care sector.
Strong communication skills able to follow instructions and work effectively with others.
A commitment to equality and inclusion in all aspects of care.
Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with care workers and service users.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle as this role requires travel in the community.
