Job Description
Shift: 3ON 3OFF Nights 19:00pm07:00am.
Salary: 36727 per annum
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited too;
- To observe and adhere to all Company rules and procedures including all aspects of Health Safety and Hygiene.
- To maintain a good working knowledge of Culina Logistics and operations within the Transport Department.
- To maintain a high standard of behaviour and appearance that upholds and enhances the Company image.
- To effectively manage ones own Working Time in line with the Road Transport Directive.Conduct daily checks and complete associated documentation.
- Carry out trailer checks on loaded trailers and report to Transport staff.
- Carry out shunting duties including relevant maintenance and safety checks.
- Liaise with the warehouse control and goods in staff to ensure smooth and efficient loading/unloading of trailers.
- To observe and adhere to site procedures at all times.
- To attend company training as and when required.
Qualifications :
- Class 1 Licence and experienced required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Flexible and methodical approach to work/training.
- Conscientious and reliable.
- Flexible attitude.
- Strong communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually.
- Able to work effectively and communicate to the correct level.
- Have knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers hours.
- Be professional approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.
