As a parttime Finance & HR Professional youll report directly to the CFO/COO and take on responsibilities in both fields. Its a role that combines daytoday tasks with projects. Youll have the opportunity to grow and learn substantially in a fastpaced environment.
You support the COO/CFO in the areas of accounting reporting human resources and project management i.e. 360 in startup admin
You are the business partner/goto person for multiple finance and HR aspects
You work on HR and other projects and implement your ideas
You take over all tasks that do not require expert accounting knowledge (e.g. basic bookkeeping entries recurring analysis files receipts management payment runs expense and credit card statements)
You help with the creation of the monthly report as well as various adhoc reports for the management team and external partners (e.g. insurance reporting)
You administrate tools such as Teamtailor Absence and more
You are responsible for organizing internal events and managing our office (including purchasing drinks office supplies etc.)
Wherever possible you optimize our administrative processes and systems and always keep an eye on efficiency and effectiveness
A solid understanding of accounting (either 3 years of practical experience or studying accounting or a related discipline)
Resultsoriented work style: you put ideas into results
Reliability precision and independence characterize your work
English and German at professional level (C1 or higher)
You are good at and like to work with people and numbers
You have good Excel/Spreadsheet skills
You organize yourself and keep track of things even when things get stressful
