- Responsible for the implementation of the maintenance programs for their hotels
- Responsible for the reactive and preventive maintenance of the Hotel site to ensure it remains a functional pleasant and safe environment for all employees guests and visitors
- Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with Accors quality requirements
- Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and organise a timely repair of equipment
- Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance to minimise unplanned downtime of equipment and rooms
- Document breakdowns identifying root causes and bring remedial actions to help prevent recurring issues
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety as well as environmental regulations and procedures
- Undertake risk assessments of processes and tasks as needed and devise and implement safe systems of working to ensure the health and safety of staff guests and visitors
- Organise and supervise team members in their day to day tasks providing instructions and support if needed
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
- Work with GMs to elaborate maintenance budget and ensure compliance of their hotel
- Liaise and communicate with GMs Maintenance Managers and/or Cluster Managers
- Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements

Qualifications :
Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
Mechanical HVAC or Electrical experience minimum 3 years
Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools & outlook
Basic H&S awareness
Able to work alone
Able to work from heights
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to use own imitative
