• Support the Marketing Operations Lead to drive retention and loyalty ensuring a material stepchange in personalisation and targeting of our automated communications by harnessing our data. 
• Own the build set up targetting testing and execution of campaigns and lifecycle communications in Braze across channels including email push notifications inapp/inbrowser messages SMS and other digital channels to deliver measurable impact.
• Lead the endtoend testing of campaigns and Canvas working with the wider team to ensure its completed across communications channels. 
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates and campaign Return on Investment (ROI).  
• Drive ongoing operational efficiencies by improving processes and championing communication best practices across the business.

What youll need

• CRM/Marketing Automation experience executing and optimising consumerfacing campaigns.
• Experience using Braze is a considerable advantage.  
• Data analytics expertise for targeted personalised marketing.
• Sharp project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. 
• Loyalty programme expertise is a plus.
• HTML/frontend development skills are a plus
• Braze or marketing automation platform qualifications are a plus.
• Thrives in a dynamic highenergy environment with the ability to react quickly to change.
• A passiondriven cando attitude and always ready to challenge the status quo.
