Job Description
As a D365 CE Functional Consultant youll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive highprofile D365 projects within the Public Sector Practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
- Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
- Assist with configuration tasks data migration and endtoend testing.
- Provide enduser training courses and adhoc coaching.
- Participate in golive stages of projects.
- Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
Qualifications :
Desired Skills and Experience:
Were seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:
- Experience with Power Platform ModelDriven Apps Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as CRM2011 CRM2013 CRM2015 CRM2016 CRMOnline
- Excellent customer facing and stakeholder management;
- Experience delivering within the Public Sector Desirable
- Creating documentation.
- Design and delivery functional elements e.g. customise and configure without code
- Design and validation of technical elements e.g. extending with code
- Testing and validation of solutions
- Experience within the Public Sector would be beneficial
- SC clearance is desirable not essential.
