We are now looking for an IT Specialist DevOps Engineer in Gliwice.
What will you do
- Work with cuttingedge industryleading monitoring tools such as Helix Operations Management.
- Maintain and manage applications and tools responsible for endtoend monitoring of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Design develop and implement tailored monitoring solutions for both business and IT customers within the Vattenfall organization.
- Handle a variety of requests related to troubleshooting or the development of Monitoring Services.
- Conduct operational health checks on monitoring tools focusing on Life Cycle Management and system vulnerabilities.
- Participate actively in projects to enhance the monitoring landscape.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of daily operations and processes.

Qualifications :
Who are you
As an IT Specialist you have a deep understanding of ITrelated issues and the ability to troubleshoot problems in collaboration with client development network datacenter and application teams.
In addition you bring:
- Knowledge of network server and application environments.
- Experience with monitoring technologies.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification is a plus or experience working with ITIL processes.
- Very good command of English.
- A proactive attitude and initiative to improve daily operations.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Availability for oncall duties a few weeks per year.
