The Indigenous Mentor and Community Liaison Officers will provide onboarding mentoring and cultural support to Indigenous employees through our Indigenous Mentoring and Career Pathways Development Program. Your role will focus on supporting employees professional growth career development and personal resilience. This will be achieved through regular support interactions cultural wellbeing activities and by connecting team members with relevant services both internally and externally.
You will play a key part in fostering strong culturally respectful relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders while actively supporting Sodexo Australias Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and broader Indigenous engagement initiatives.
