As the Analyst for EU VAT & Accounting you will be an integral part of the VAT Center of Excellence team playing a critical role in ensuring VAT compliance across various European countries. In this position you will be tasked with the accurate preparation and collection of information from systemgenerated reports. Your work will directly contribute to the accurate and timely filing of VAT returns EC Listings Intrastat reporting and VAT reconciliations at monthend. You will be responsible for maintaining wellorganized VAT folders ensuring documentation is properly stored and authenticated. Reporting to the Indirect Tax Director your analytical skills and attention to detail will bring significant value to our financial operations while your ability to manage efficiently our VAT compliance processes.

You are a detailoriented individual with a solid background in accounting and a deep understanding of VAT compliance. You thrive in environments that require precision and are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and your proficiency in English make you a strong team player. You are selfmotivated able to work independently and take accountability for your work. You excel at seeing the big picture in complex workflows and know how to prioritize effectively to meet critical deadlines.

This role is eligible to off campus work model (3 days in a quarter in Warsaw office).
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
