Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance Allegros positive public image by proactively shaping communication strategies in the Polish market
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies for external stakeholders
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Polish media influencers and other key stakeholders
- Monitor media coverage to evaluate public sentiment and address potential crises proactively and effectively
- Create and execute compelling storytelling strategies using various PR tools such as press releases media events expert positioning and promotional materials
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging across various communication channels
- Lead the promotion of key Allegro programs and campaigns such as Allegro Smart! and the Black Weeks Festival through impactful and targeted communication efforts
- Work closely with internal teams to align communication efforts across all channels and ensure cohesion in messaging

This job is for you if you:
- Have documented experience (57 years) in designing and implementing communication plans in the field of product and corporate PR
- Bring additional experience from the technology or ecommerce sectors (a strong advantage)
- Understand the importance of data for reporting and measuring the effectiveness of PR activities
- Possess a practical understanding of how technology and social media are transforming the PR landscape
- Excel at building lasting relationships with journalists and external stakeholders
- Can create and edit texts in Polish efficiently while adhering to linguistic standards and tailoring content for different purposes and channels
- Have a strong knowledge of the media and social media landscape
- Thrive in an informal work environment that fosters personal creativity while demanding accountability and ownership of projects
- Are independent organized and efficient capable of managing high volumes of information and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enjoy collaborating with others value teamwork and are a strong communicator
- Have practical experience working in PR either inhouse or at an agency and understand unique industrys challenges
- Are proficient in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills
