Were looking for an Account Manager to help our clients fall even more in love with Odoo by boosting their usage and experience with the apps.
Your mission Stay uptodate on industry best practices deliver exceptional customer service and build longlasting relationships that keep clients loyal.
Work Environment
- Team Leadership: You will lead a team of 6 people and report directly to Thomas our Sales Director.
- Office Locations: We have offices in Wavre and Leuven Belgium. But also in Tunisia Maroco and India.
- Client Visits: Regular visits to clients across Belgium occasional travel to Tunisia depending on projects.
- Flexibility: Youre free to organize your time efficiently. However we recommend spending most of your time onsite during your first few months to ensure smooth onboarding.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Build and nurture longterm client relationships identifying new business opportunities.
- Visit clients regularly to align on short and longterm goals.
- Propose services to enhance app usage and empower key users.
- Delegate and oversee team tasks effectively.
- Align team efforts to achieve client and sales objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks such as tracking tickets processing orders and managing pricing updates.
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate
- A Masters degree in Economics Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales and team management.
- Familiarity with the IT services industry.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong leadership communication in French Dutch and English sales and client relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and excellent organizational skills to provide valuable advice to clients.
- Creative problemsolver capable of transforming challenges into opportunities.
- Calm under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
What We Expect From You
- First 8 weeks: Complete onboarding with Odoo and EezeeIT while shadowing the Sales Director during client visits. Understand the role the company and get familiar with our clients.
- After 3 months: Fully operational and contributing to client success.
- After 6 months: Independent and managing your accounts with confidence.
