What Would You Do The Specifics.
- Manages organizes and leads the consolidation of the annual planning / budgeting process project.
- Leads the preparation of the monthly and quarterly Corporate forecasting process.
- Controls our LongRange Plan model and supporting schedules in the development of our multiyear projections.
- Interacts directly with Corporate Department owners such as IT Marketing Merchandising and our production areas such as Labs and Distribution Center to build forwardlooking plans.
- Supports quarterly earnings release and reporting cycles.
- Primary developer of presentations to our Board of Directors for the quarterly CFO updates.
- Key author and auditor of various reports used across various reporting requirements including ad hoc requests to support Management.
- Conducts analysis of weekly and monthly results trends and variance to plans.
- Supports the monthly close process by conducting variance analysis and helping prepare portions of the Monthly Financial Package a goto resource for the Executive Team.
- Develops and leads a team to support the Department work streams.
Qualifications :
Work Experience
- 8 years of finance experience including budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. ((Required))
- 46 years of financial reporting and planning systems/software experience. Oracle EPM preferred. ((Required))
- 3 years of managing people. ((Required))
Education
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience. (Required)
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
