Job Description

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in Inetum Bulgaria will oversee the companys daily operations ensuring efficient administrative and operational processes. The CAO will work closely with other executives to drive organizational strategy implement policies and optimize business functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative strategies to support company goals
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set company policies and strategic direction
  • Develop and update Company compliance policies standards and guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards
  • Ensure that employees understand and comply with the organizations policies procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets resource allocation and financial planning for administrative functions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for information security matters
  • Coordinating with other departments and external parties such as auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or operational leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing multiple departments and driving organizational change
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in financial management
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
