The Company:

Our client is a global multiawardwinning regulated fintech broker offering traders access to over 10000 CFDs across 7 asset classes including Forex Indices Commodities Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. It was established in 2005 and currently employees over 300 people. Their rapid global growth has led to the creation of a new critical role that of the CMO.

The Role:

As the CMO reporting to the CEO you will be an important member of the executive team charged with overseeing the entire marketing organization with an emphasis on strategy brand revenue growth customer acquisition and retention data and insights channel marketing digital marketing events sponsorship and communications. You will play a key role in the next stage of the companys growth journey leading and owning customer and marketing strategy across the business while driving the companys customercentric vision with a team consisting of the Head of Marketing and over 40 team members.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Define and lead marketing strategies to align with business goals driving growth and customercentricity
• Support the gotomarket strategy on a global and regional basis and lead the companys marketing strategy planning process to develop and deliver marketing strategies and plans that support the performance targets for the business
• Own the marketing funnel optimizing investments and performance across all channels and regions.
• Act as a brand leader and a guardian evolving the companys core and subbrands through integrated campaigns
• Develop innovative strategies to create value for customers and ensure sustainable competitive advantages

Digital Customer Acquisition & Retention

• Oversee digital and omnichannel marketing including SEO PPC social media and content to maximize ROI and customer engagement
• Drive customer acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Enhance loyalty programs CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing to improve retention and lifetime value
• Leverage customer data and insights to strengthen the customer journey and optimize digital platforms

Brand & Communications

• Build brand awareness through PR advertising sponsorships and global campaigns acting as a brand ambassador
• Ensure consistent and localized brand positioning driving differentiation and market relevance
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy across digital social and PR channels
• Resource Management & Operations
• Optimize efficiency with inhouse teams and external agencies for digital creative and media needs
• Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and strategic brand investment
• Oversee content management and localization to enhance performance and market reach

Team Building & Executive Leadership

• Scale and develop highperforming marketing teams attracting and retaining top talent
• Represent marketing at the leadership level contributing to overall business strategy and fostering collaboration
• Ensure internal communication of marketing plans KPIs and objectives across the organization

Your Profile:

Experience & Expertise

• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record and a minimum of 5 years experience in forex gaming or competitive digital marketing industries managing multimillion dollar budgets
• Extensive experience in global markets deploying strategies across regions with strong compliance knowledge
• Leadership of marketing and digital functions in midtolarge organizations scaling teams in highgrowth environments
• Expertise in digital marketing tools (PPC SEO social media content) and integrated campaign execution to drive brand awareness and customer conversion
• Strong commercial and creative mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative marketing strategies
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
