- Carry out appropriate assessment techniques to evaluate the guests physical condition and their needs by having a initial consultation and assessment with the guest.
- Plan and develop bespoke treatment plans for the guests that address the customized needs by considering their overall health age fitness level and any m medical condition.
- Apply a range of physical techniques (manual and with equipment) according to the assessment results. Integrate a variety of treatments which a suitable for the guests including tailored exercises and other therapies that the Wellness center offers.
- Coordinate with other Wellness specialists and Wellness advisor a holistic treatment plan for the guest during their stay. If necessary include the medical doctor for some clarification or contraindication for treatments.
- Set up the treatment rooms have it at all times clean and tidy and assure all safety requirements are followed.
- Introduce and promote Wellness services to the guests which can be added as options during the guest stay and always keep in mind the guests health condition when suggesting therapies.
- Handle guests requests and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to ensure 100% guests experience satisfaction.
- Ensure at all times having enough stock of products available and that all equipment is in very good condition. Participate on the monthly inventory stock count of your area.
- Have a checklist in place of the daily tasks and have a clear understanding of you own tasks.
- Facilitate Wellness talks and Workshops for the guests to increase awareness and education. (e.g. prevention of common injuries appropriate movements etc.)
Qualifications :
Degree in physiotherapy
Good interpersonal skills
The ability to build and maintain rapport with customer
Good attitude and positive thinking
Good command of spoken and written English is preferred
